Help me whid link webpage to server all ready.

Hello, I am looking for someone to help me link a web page to a server that is already set up. I would like the language to be in PHP, and the hosting provider is already set up. I am not sure whether I need a content delivery network to be set up or not so I am open to suggestions. If you think that a content delivery network should be set up, I would love to hear your recommendation so that I can make an informed decision. This is a smal jobb there will be more work and mabe bonus.
