Help to view or create a new password via myphp

I have a website, there have a Admin panel.
I need to access that, but I dont have the password.(or there might be something else worng)
I do have access to the myphp page, and from here I have access to the DB.
But Im have no knowledge how to do that.
The "job" is to help me view or make a new password.
Using Teamvier.
If you're good it will take 5 mins, and there is not something else there could be the problem.
I also want you help to get another website live, if the first task is complet.
