Help/support modifying a php script

I am looking for a skilled PHP developer who can help me modify a script to fix its functionality. Currently, the script works from Windows CLI, but I need it to work on the web. The ideal candidate should have experience in PHP development and be able to make minimal changes to the script to ensure it works correctly. Specific features and changes needed to achieve the desired functionality will be discussed with the developer.
