Help needed to update the host files

I have purchased a new hosting package from HostGator, and they have done the migration for me free of charge. the only thing I need to do is to update the host file

I am not a technical person, so I need a web developer's help do that

The websites are built in Laravel, PHP, and vue.js
They are NOT in WordPress
