Help me to generate thumbnail (ffmpeg) in my php script

Hello There,

I have a php script running, where people can upload videos to.
My server is centos 7.4, as it is with centos, I had to manually install ffmpeg.

The script I use has the ability (at least what it says) to use ffmpeg to generate thumbnails from videos.

But it is not happening.

So I think the problem most likely is located within the php script, as ffmpeg is installed on my server.

I can only send you the php files you need for this job (upload.php / etc),
I cannot give you server access or url.
