Help fix my WP login and slowness issue

Hello, I use Godaddy as a host and cannot log into my WP website. Even when I change in PHP Admin oddly it will not let me log in. The last time I was WP the backed was very slow. I need someone to work on this ASAP as I have to make changes.

1. Fix login issue
2. Fix WP backend slowness issue.
3. Be able to work ASAP
