Help fix WPAll Import saving data in postmeta on update instead of custom table -- 2

I have created a custom Addon that makes WPAll Import save data in a custom table. But this works well on when creating new posts. On updating, data is added back into the postmeta table which is wrong. Should just update the data in the custom table. I don't want the custom data going into postmeta table again.
