Help finish set up Woocommerce site

I am in the process of changing from old Opencart to Woocomerce
I have had the database from
www.home-cctv.com (opencart)
converted and transferred to the new woocommerce site
www.woo.home-cctv.com
which is what i need help to set up correctly.

Jobs to be done.

1.Add a module which i currently have on O/C that updates of HDD option.
2. Show me how to configure variable options to CCTV kits
(need to have camera as add ons in CCTV Kits)

i currently have HDD options working but cant work out how to add cameras.

3. Set up shipping options /charges to match the current settings on old O/C site.

4. set up google shopping feed.

5. Once all sorted out, Change main site over to home-cctv.com from woo.home-cctv.

6.Check site map , ssl certificate all set ok.

7. Check hosting and functions all ok- suggest if any other edits or alterations should be made.
