Help changing servers

I am looking for someone with great skills in React Native and PHP Laravel who can help me move from one server to another. Our project consists of a mobile app developed using React Native and the backend was done in PHP with the Laravel framework. I want to move from Microsoft Azure Cloud Hosting to a Dedicated server.. Both servers uses cPanel.
