Help With a Simple Database Project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking to get a database put onto my Google Cloud Platform and then with the attached .csv, create a GUI that will allow Users to look at their own information (each row is a person)... ideally would love for them to be able to change address and phone number themselves, but if that is too much to ask, then it can be done manually.
Users Should Be able to see their own:
Roll Number
Kiowa District Current Status
First Name
Last Name
Suffic
Date of Birth
Email Address
Phone Number
Physical Address
City
State
Zip
Registered Voter - Y/N Radio Button
Degree if Indian Blood - As a Percentage
I would also LOVE for it to have fields for each member to put in other members for parents and siblings....
I think there will also need to be a Unique ID generated by something, I was thinking using FFLLMMDD - First and last name 2 letters and then the month and date of birth ,but open to suggestions.
I can give you access to all of my stuff but just need the base set up and so I can make changes ands we'll be good!
