Help on MS Teams API for creating meeting and calendar event

We are currently creating Teams event with this API (via PHP)

We need help with API as we would like to add partecipants to the meeting and we need that meting is visiible as event to the attendees teams console (currently it is not visibile)
We need not coding, we just need help on getting the right APIs to be used and supporto doing that.
