Hello need help edit a theme budget 45 usd

I need to remove a redbox at bottom of my website and make a upload function with jquery in the animepress backend menu and opacity when you upload background img it will autofit 100 percent screen if its to big or to small and add blue color name and beside there orange color of the rank on bottom right to display who made post or page and if there came bugs after edit theme please fix them my budget for this is 45 usd
