Helcim Subscription support

I am a small business who provides wedding planning services. I have decided to use helcim for payment processing and have built the 'subscription' plans in their system but still can't see them on my store and don't understand how clients would set themselves up. I need help getting the store ready and functioning for clients. I have a wix website I would like it integrated into so clients don't have to leave the site.
