Heat Calculator for WooCommerce Integration, Product Reviews plug-in, marketing automation

I need a heat calculator designed for my WooCommerce site. Its primary function will be to assist users in selecting the right heating products based on several criteria.
Key Features:
- Consideration of room size and type
- User preferences for heating type
- Energy efficiency ratings
- R values of insulation
- Window quality
- Location
- Desired temperature
I also need to find a product review plug in that will work, it seems like we find one and it works in the stagging site and then goes sideways in the real site.
I also desire someone to help us with marketing automation on the site, i.e using MailChimp, etc. to sell new products to old customers, etc.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
- Proficiency in plugin development or customization
- Knowledge of heating products and their specifications - a nice to have but is not required
- Ability to create an intuitive user interface
