We need software development company to create a cloud based Workflow and compliance management software which would be offered to care home providers as a subscription based Software As A Service (SaaS).
The system aims to to streamline workflows, automate reminder for upcomming routine tasks which will ultimately lead to improved efficiency, better patient care, reduced administrative burden and regulatory compliance.
Key features of the software:
· Automation: Automating alerts to notify users of upcoming routine tasks ahead of specified due dates/turnaround times.
· Reporting and Analytics: Tracking and analyzing task performance, e.g. overdue tasks, missed timelines, Upcoming activities
· Collaboration: Facilitating communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals within the organisation.
· Work Shift Scheduling
· Subscription based: User will pay a monthly/annual subscription fee based on the number of Patients they intend to support.

The solution should preferably be built off a commercial off the shelf customizable software or an open source instead of building from scratch. Choice will be depending on what fits best.
