Health Card Membership Management System

We are building a health membership-based hospital network and appointment management system as part of our Best Care Health Card initiative. Most of the React + Tailwind CSS frontend is already built, and we have an existing Yii2 PHP backend for membership management.

We now require a skilled full-stack developer or team to complete and integrate the remaining backend APIs, extend the frontend, and configure notification systems via WhatsApp and email.
