Headless multitenancy API Laravel - VUE js (or React) application (not website)

We want to create a headless multytenancy Laravel API application on back end servers like the picture and a front end on a different server.
We don't want to create a static website we want a WEB APP
First part of project should have
-Laravel 8
-Vue 3 or React
- Registration system
-google signup
-email confirmation and sing up, change password etc.
-new user invitation
-Billing system connected with stripe
-Users CRUD page
-Terminals list CRUD page

Requirments
-tenancyforlaravel.com
-Vuetify (or Material UI)
-socket.io (all data should update without refresh)
-Stripe integration
-Google auth (Laravel socialite)
-Laravel jetstream
