Header, Top Navigation and Side Bar for use with Laravel

I am looking for a developer who can create the header, top navigation, and sidebar for my Laravel project.

Layout:
- I prefer the traditional layout with the header on top, navigation on top, and sidebar on the left.

Functionalities:
- I need basic functionalities, I can assist in adding links to main pages and include a search bar.

Color and Design:
- I have specific colors and designs in mind for the header, top navigation, and sidebar
Color - Black.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Laravel is required.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is necessary.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is preferred.
