Have notifications on telegram from a Twitter profile

Hello everyone, I need to have notifications about NBA injured players from Twitter to Telegram and I also have to set keywords, to have the exact tweets that I need.
There are many Twitter profiles that sends alerts about injured players, but I need this messages redirected on a telegram channel.
I was previously doing that with Twitter API, but now it seems it isn't possible anymore.
Most important thing, the tweets need to be redirected on Telegram immediately, there must be no delay.
If anyone have a solution let me know.
