Harvest/Hubspot automation app written in php.

I'm looking for a proficient PHP developer to analyse and fix existing automation scripts. I had a developer look at this a month or so ago who assessed the problem as an expired bearer token but the feedback I’m receiving from the team is that the script set is not working as expected. These scripts run as cron jobs to e.g. automatically generate a project in Harvest when a deal is accepted in HubSpot. The script set has been working for many years and I have tried to test the existing php and found no errors. Changes required for 2 factor authentication (from API key to bearer token) in accessing the HubSpot API were implemented in March 2023 and, except for one script (create project.php) this was successful at the time. I suspect the problem now is that something has changed at the Harvest or Hubspot end. I have checked the mysql database and there is no corruption. I can provide access to the server via CWP7, which will allow the developer to see everything involved in the setup. The fixes need to be implemented ASAP.
