I'm developing a web application and need an experienced web developer to help me refine a basic design and implement it using HTML and PHP.
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Expert knowledge in HTML and PHP
- Experience with web application development
- Strong web design and UI/UX skills
- Ability to help refine basic design ideas
- Good communication skills to understand and implement feedback
The freelancer will not need to implement any specific functionality such as user authentication, data visualization or eCommerce capabilities. However, the ability to incorporate these features in the future would be a plus.
