HTML PHP CSS PDF design Concept Required

I am interested in building a 16 to 20 pager HTML document format to use inside my PHP Codeigniter Perfex CRM Project as a profession proposal document with styling and will get the information from withing the database of the system. The end resuld is that we need to produce a final pdf electronic formatedd document that will then be able to email to various parties.

Current project is a PHP Coedigniter Perfex CRM project
