HTML EMAIL BUILDER SIMILAR TO MAILCHIMP

We need to create and integrate application to our existing Woocommerce website.
The application consist of these points:
1) User My Account section - there will be multiple sections:
- Dahsboard - statistics
- Contacts - contact management
- Campaigns - sending automatic emails to customers
- Forms
- Templates - created using the HTML builder
- Reports - statistics
- Settings
- Help & Support
2) HTML BUILDER (open source - https://mosaico.io)
3) Integrate it all with our WP / Woocommerce user accounts
- once the customer purchased membership on our woocommerce website they will be linked
to our User Account with the sections from point 1 above.
YOU MUST:
* have strong knowledge of JS, PHP, WP, Ajax, Emails
* have min 20 reviews / finished projects
* work alone no outsourcing allowed
* sign NDA for us
