HRM Script Customization and Integration
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a script of a HRM and few customizations are needed
HRM System Requirements
1. User Profiles and Access Control
The HRM system should support a hierarchy of user profiles with varying levels of access. These profiles are as follows:
Senior Management:
Has full access to view and manage all profiles and data within the system.
Can view and modify records for HR, Managers, Team Leads (TLs), and Employees.
HR:
Also has full access but with a separate profile type, allowing them to manage and view all profiles within the system.
Managers:
Can access and manage data for their assigned TLs and Employees.
Has limited access, allowing them only to view and manage profiles under their direct supervision.
Team Leads (TLs):
Can only access and manage data for their direct reports, who are categorized under the "Employees" profile.
Employees:
The basic profile with restricted access, limited to their own data and no access to other employee profiles.
2. Leave Policy and Probation Period
The HRM system should implement the following rules regarding leave policies and the probation period for new employees:
Probation Period:
New employees are on probation for the first 90 days from the date of joining.
During the probation period, employees are not allowed to apply for any leave.
Monthly Leave Accrual During Probation:
Each employee will receive 1 Paid Leave (PL) and 1 Casual Leave (CL) per month during probation, totaling 12 PL and 12 CL annually.
These leaves are added on a monthly basis rather than being added all at once.
Any unused PL will be carried forward to the next month.
Leave Balance After Probation:
Upon successful completion of the 90-day probation period, employees will receive 3 additional Paid Leaves (PL) and 3 additional Casual Leaves (CL) added to their leave balance.
3. Leave Approval Process
Employees should submit their leave requests within the system, initiating a workflow for leave approval.
Manager Approval:
Leave requests initially go to the employee's Manager for approval.
If the Manager does not respond to the leave request within 2 days, the system should automatically escalate the leave request to HR for action.
HR Escalation:
Upon escalation, HR will have the authority to approve or reject the leave request on behalf of the Manager.
