Grocery store flyer generator tool

Hi,
I would like to have a grocery store flyer generator with a database and UI.
The idea is that grocery store owners can receive a "user" account from me and are able to create PDF flyers with discounted products (for example weekly). There needs to be a database with products (images, name, description and default price).
The configuration parameters per user needs to be things like company name, address, email, phone, logo and colors. This will be auto inserted in the flyer. Besides that they will also need to be able to choose from a set of backgrounds.
The raster of the amount of products can be a default one but should also be editable. For example 4 rows of 4 products by default. But changes should be possible.
I can provide the database and UI environment with docker allowing you to build the tool.
I have added a sample of a generated flyer in the attachments. As you can see these products should be selectable from a database, after that the user should be able to change the price to a discounted one. That is it.
I need to be able to create users so users should not see any data from each other, but they can use the same database to collect products.
