We are looking for a developer to build a simple, easy-to-use customer loyalty point software system.
What We Need:
• A system to register customers using their mobile number, address, and other details.
• Each customer will receive a unique membership number or barcode.
• When a customer buys something at our physical store or through home delivery, we will:
o Enter or scan their membership number/barcode using a tablet or mobile device.
o Enter the purchase amount.
o System will generate and store loyalty points in their account.
• Customer can log in to view their points anytime.
• When the customer wants to redeem points, they will tell us, and we will manually adjust the bill amount. The system should record the redeemed points.
Requirements:
• Web-based admin interface (tablet/mobile responsive)
• Customer login interface to check their point balance
• Database to store customer profiles and point history
• Barcode or QR code generation for each customer
• Simple UI/UX – no need for complex billing or POS integration
