Gravity Forms-Salesforce API Sync -- 2

i had salesforce essentials and upgraded to pro suite. Everything was working fine until the upgrade.

I run eight WordPress sites, each with 1 Gravity Forms that all feed into a single Salesforce account. Right now entries are not consistently appearing in Salesforce, so I want a clean, direct connection using the Salesforce gravity form plugin:

Here is what I need you to do:

• Set up access in Salesforce
• Configure each of the 8 Gravity Forms to post directly to the Salesforce Lead object through the API.
• Map these exact fields so they arrive in Salesforce every time: First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, Address, Date of Birth, and the Website/Form source.
• Build in basic error logging or notifications so I know immediately if a submission fails.
• Run test submissions from every site to confirm the data appears in Salesforce exactly as expected.

Acceptance criteria
• All 8 forms create a Lead in real time with every required field populated.
• Source field clearly shows which site/form submitted the lead.


Gravity Forms Webhooks Add-On, Salesforce REST API, and standard WordPress admin access are available. Let me know if you need anything else to get started.
