Graphic interface to upload and store data to a SQL server

I need a graphic interface to maintain and update a database from https://eodhistoricaldata.com/

I will need to able to make URL request of csv or json of data to be stored to an SQL server but also automate those request Daily/Monthly/Quarterly.
