GraphQL and WooCommerce Expert

We are developing a headless WooCommerce with GraphQL. We already have frontend help and an expert who can hand over the backend to finalise the project.
For example: making mutations for GraphQL and managing cron Jobs to e-mail WooCommerce orders.
