Gorgias-Sendcloud Automation

I need to automate a return label creation process between Gorgias and Sendcloud. Currently, I use Gorgias as my customer support platform and Sendcloud to generate shipping labels.
Requirements:
- Create a macro in Gorgias that triggers via webhook when a customer requests a return.
- The webhook should send customer and order details to Sendcloud.
- The return label generated should include return address, customer name, and order number.
