Google tag manager and JavaScript/php expert

Hi,
I are using woocommerce wordpress website, I integrated google tag manager for tracking conversions, I got two issues
1. ecoomerce.items variable add multiple random products when add to cart event trigger.
2. view item lists shows incorrect data of related products. It should shows four items first then user use slide another 4 products should be show, right now it is showing 8 items at first time.
I need to fix these two issues budget for this task $20, should be quick task for expert level.
P.S: you must work remotely and have anydesk installed.
