I am looking for a Google Sheet App script that will integrate with external APIs.

Specific functionality needed:

1. Need to pull Nifty Option Chain data from the New NSE Website

2. This need to be pulled in to Google Sheets

3. Google Sheet should be refreshed every 5 minutes to get the latest data

4. In Sheet2 need to append the latest summary data from Sheet1 in a new row each 5 minute the data is refreshing.
