Google merchant center

I am looking for somebody that knows website design and also can get my products in my shopping cart store uploaded into Google merchant center I am hiring a person to do it because I have never done it before I want to use the free local ads not the pay per click or anything like that if you can do that then answer but that is all I'm looking for right now. I have about 40 different products to go in there. So would I understand as you will have to do this schema and add the skus or data feeds BuySunmedcbdoil.com is the website I'm interested in using.
