Google Sheets/web application design for Warehouse Management
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm seeking an expert who can create a web application (or comprehensive Google Sheet if it can fullfill our requirement) for managing multiple warehouses, specifically 1-5. The sheet should track each roll by its category, name ,ID, quantity in meters, and warehouse location.
Key Features:
- Automatic quantity updates: As rolls are added or taken out, the sheet should automatically update the total quantity.
- Alert for low stock: The sheet should send alerts when stock for a particular roll is low.
- Search and filter capabilities: The ability to easily locate specific rolls or filter by certain criteria is essential.

To VIEW,ADD, DEDUCT, TRANSFER,HOLD, MANAGE stock items from multiple ware houses
To download reports of existing stock in MS EXCEL/GOOGLE SHEET
stock item units-meter, nos, kg, set, piece ( option to be there for new unit addition)
stock items to be defined in 3 LEVELS- (1ST- CATEGORY)-(2 ND- ITEM NAME)-(3RD- PART NUMBER)
ACTIONS
MAJOR ITEM-HOSE
Major item is hose which comes in unit of meter ( packed in random length rolls as in sample stock data).user must be able to record, add and deduct the quntity ( EITHER FULL ROLL OR PART QUANTITY FROM THE ROLL)
When part quantity is deducted from a roll---roll should be automatically marked/highlighted as loose roll.
once PO is recieved for any roll, user must be able to mark it as hold, other user should be able to view the user name which put the roll on hold
user must be able to record purchase price of items
user must be able to download stock reports (item wise /warehouse wise/ consolidated)
user must be able to mark stock items as slow moving, regular, fastmoving
option for defining minimum inventory level for each stock item and automatically alert/ highlight of stock item which goes below minimum level
ACTIONS-

other items comes in numeric numbers ( either set /numbers), same steps required

different acess level -admin should be able to define rights for users permitting any or all of the following actions
