Would like some google sheet scripts developed to enable the following
> When new row is created and data validation field in row = Active send entire row data to webhook URL
> When any cell in row is updated, send entire row data to webhook URL
> When row is deleted send unique ID field (This is a custom column I created) of that row to webhook URL
