Google Sheets Integration & Weekly Analysis

I'm in need of a proficient Google Sheets and Zapier expert to assist with data manipulation and automation tasks.
Basic data is captured on our app ( Google app) such as client name, address email, job requirement, staff allocation and reproduced on google sheets.We are a small business and are not talking about huge amounts of data , in fact at this stage it is quite a modest amount.
What we need:
1. To protect some sheets partly or completely as to what can be seen or edited.Not sure if current google sheet protection will be able to fulfill this task to requirement.
2.Set up and run reports for specific information such CRM sheet, margin sheet etc. probably about 5-10 in all. Zapier can be used if it makes it easier.
3. Produce 3 google calendars from the sheets pertaining to site visits , job dates etc. An one calendar unifying all those calendars.( On google calendar)
4. We need an interface for our various functions such as : Google app, Gmail, Calendars ,Run report to make using the app and data easier.
