Google Sheets Data Extraction with PHP

I'm seeking a skilled PHP developer to build a script that can read both text and numeric data from Google Sheets. The core requirement is to access data as an array each time the PHP script is executed. The ideal freelancer should:
- Possess expertise in PHP and Google Sheets API integration
- Have experience working with arrays and handling various data types in PHP
- Understand how to optimally fetch data upon every script execution

In 2018, a freelancer from here named Vishal created a package of Scripps for me to read sheets with specific sheet ids. Yesterday google started throwing token expired or revoked error messages.

Google search shows that people get this error message frequently. Nobody really knows what to do about it. I certainly am willing to use something simpler in 2024 compared to 2018. All I do is read from Sheets where their permission is "anyone with the id". He did show me how to write from PHP to any of my Sheets, but I never did implement any of that. If I wanted to, I would set different permissions.
