We need a dashboard created using a combination of google forms and Google Sheets. The goal of the
There are 3 major components to what needs to be developed:
1. General volunteer donation fund - form should be created to be similar/same to this https://form.jotform.com/213186075720049
2. Specific donation forms - form should be created the same as the general but we need to be able to pre enter information like organization name, Name, amount, etc. This will lead to a minimum of 5 pre created forms with info pre loaded.
3. Donation Dashboard - Based on information submitted via the donation forms from number 1 and 2. There needs to be information including the following:
1. Total amount collected
2. Number of donations (forms completed)
3. Break down of total amount by organization (total sum for organization)
Having a chart that shows a progress towards a goal of $125,000 would be ideal as well.
The form that is provided can be edited and adjusted if needed. This is just as a starting point to show basic info needed.
