Google Sheets Automation and Integration

I'm currently working on a Google Sheets project and I need help to complete it. The main features I'm looking to incorporate are automated email notifications and linking more than two forms to the Sheets.
Key Project Components:
- Automated Email Notifications: I'm looking for a freelancer to set up automated email notifications. So, when a form is filled out, an email is triggered.
- Linking Forms to Sheets: I have multiple forms that need to be linked to the Sheets. This will make the Google Sheet easier to understand and work with.
I'm looking for someone who can truly integrate the forms and the Google Sheets, rather than just having form responses recorded on the sheet.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in Google Sheets, Google Forms and Google Apps Script
- Previous experience in setting up automated email notifications
- Proficiency in data validation, conditional formatting and advanced scripting
