Google Sheets Attendance Chart Automation

I need a Google Sheets attendance chart to streamline tracking at my workplace. The chart should have the following functionalities:
- Dynamic rows that can be added or removed
- Input fields for Name, Gender, Present/Absent, Authorized/Unauthorized, and Available
- A "Cleaning Bill" button that highlights names of males who are present
- A "Watch Bill" button that highlights names who are present and available
- Automatic flagging of names that are absent and unauthorized
