Google Sheet Google Calendar Sync Script Project

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a sync script for Google Sheets and Google Calendar. The purpose of this script is to sync events between multiple Google Calendars.
I already have a working one which considers all of the logic, which can be used as the framework.
Requirements:
- The script should have the capability to run both automatically and manually.
- The event descriptions should include minimal details, such as the title and date.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- High proficiency in Google Apps Script and experience working with Google Sheets and Google Calendar API.
- Strong understanding of event synchronization and data management.
