Google Script Automation and Data Management

I'm seeking an experienced Google Script specialist to automate tasks and manage data for my project. Here are the specifics:
Automating tasks: Your main responsibility will be to automate data import/export processes using Google Script. I need to take the data attahed to a daily email in excel format, upload this data (and historic) to a data base and then allow to consult that data from different spreadsheet in google with a query.
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Proficiency in Google Scripts and automation
- Experience in data management
- Google spreadsheet analisis reports
