1) There should be two ways the scraper should be executed:

URL call with parameters in url string
Script Process Flow
1) Script will be provided with a Google Map URL value as the scrape url
2) Scrape all of the Google reviews for that listing
3) Submit each review to the an external API endpoint using POST
