Google Rating Calculator (Breaking Down Google Ratings)

I need a basic web script on my webpage that is able to break down Google Ratings and afterwards can calculate how removals of ratings would affect the overall score.

Usage scenario:
I find a business on GoogleMaps with thousands of reviews (like for example this one with 100+ reviews: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Kampai+Hibachi+and+Brazilian+Grill/@40.728708,-73.7835579,17z/data=!4m13!1m7!3m6!1s0x89c24fa5d33f083b:0xc80b8f06e177fe62!2sNew+York+City,+New+York,+USA!3b1!8m2!3d40.7127753!4d-74.0059728!3m4!1s0x89c261a87abf585b:0xe7028c1b373c19f2!8m2!3d40.7285571!4d-73.7837492).

I need a solution that I can paste the link in which afterwards shows how many 1 star ratings, 2 star ratings, 3 star ratings, 4 star ratings and 5 star ratings there are. And then I need a feature that calculates how the rating would change if X amount of ratings would be removed. (for example: What's the new rating if ten 1-star ratings and three 2-star ratings are removed?)

I need this to look like a regular online calculator. On our website we are using a wordpress theme and theme builder. But it'd be also okay to host this calculator on a subdomain.
