Google Maps API & Authorize Billing Fix

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me fix error messages that I am experiencing with the Google Maps API and Authorize Billing.

Exact problem is Google Maps API just broke, not sure why. Billing is all setup on my site but rebills with Authorize do not update my database. So customer is charged, does not get access on any rebills.
