Google Indexing Issue

I've got a Google Search Indexing issue with my website and thought you might be able to help. I'll try to explain what's going on!

19 November my website [https://inverted-audio.com/] stopped working properly as it wasn't displaying articles, just displayed a white screen. I got in touch with fixed.net who detected and worked on removing injected Malware,. Dodgy files were removed, and index.php was cleaned on 21 Nov.

23 Nov I get an email from Google Search Console saying - Unparsable structured data issues detected in https://inverted-audio.com/ Top critical issues* Incorrect value type

Now all new articles published since 23 Nov have not being indexed, so people cannot find them on Google Search. For example - I should be ranking on the first page for this, but it doesn't show up at all: https://inverted-audio.com/manuel-gottsching-has-died/

Sitemaps are all working fine - but I have noticed that in the backend of WP under News Posts it has 3862 posts and displays 3338 posts as Orphaned Content.

Am I right in thinking that Orphaned posts mean that Google ignores indexing these?

There is another thing I have noticed, a lot of random URL's have been flagged up by Google Search Console that are under Indexing > Pages > Alternative page with proper canonical tag it shows 1000 Examples of URL's that are not indexed. These start 23 Nov 2022. Here's an example:

https://inverted-audio.com/?kqmbddl18159ywexmeh999

To me this looks like a dodgy URL as it is a random string of letters and numbers, perhaps this was created due to the Malware - it just links to the homepage. If I was to remove these 1000 URL's using Google Search Removals maybe this could clear things up?

Something very strange is happening and it's basically rendered the site useless on Google Search, which is very frustrating and damaging. Would be great to hear what you think is the cause of this.
