Google Form Add-ons

I am looking to create an advanced form that requires input validation and has no need to pre-fill any of the form fields. This would be a Google Form with add-ons to enable data collection, sorting, and control with the ability to connect to external services. I am looking for someone who is highly knowledgeable in building applications with Google Forms and its various APIs as well as familiar with best practices for developing and managing applications securely. The right developer will also be well-versed in how to protect values throughout data collection, validation, and storing processes while designing and programming this advanced form.
