Google Cloud API Expert Who Knows CodeIgniter

Hello,
I am looking for someone fluent in English who also understands the Google Cloud API. I have a codeigniter Application that accesses data from Google Analytics, and also Google My Business and downloads the data to a local MySql Database.
If you have not done this before, I am not looking to pay someone to learn how to do it. I am not going to help you. You need to understand and manage this on your own.
I currently get all of the data through an existing app, but I need to move the access to a new gmail account and I do not understand how to do this.
