Google App Script for Gmail to Google Sheet, Also a Telegram bot

I am looking for a Google App Script developer who can integrate Gmail with Google Sheets and also create a Telegram bot. The primary purpose of this script is to improve communication and workflow.
Specific requirements for the design and user interface of the Telegram bot are provided.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include proficiency in Google App Script, knowledge of Gmail and Google Sheets integration, as well as experience in developing Telegram bots.
I've uploaded a screenshot, I received such kind of Payment Email I want to make an app script which will automatically add a row in google Sheets once a payment is in.
Also Send a notification on telegram like the SS I uploaded, The process should be hella fast shouldn't take like more then 2-3 Sec.
