Google Analytics GA4 Migration support with tags -- 2

Just moved to Google Analytics GA4 need web developer to insert tags into all wordpress pages so reporting is equivalent to UA version. Also need assistance with wordpress to add banners into homepage, remove metaslider and update what needs updating. Running wordpress 5.9.1 with shuttlepro child theme
